Got the first piece of my new workout gear in the mail yesterday... my new Timex Heart Rate Monitor!

Just waiting on my RUSHFIT DVDs and the two Reebox adjustable dumbbells...

As for today, a long day, and I have another one to look forward to tomorrow.

Its more so an investment for the future... once I'm not here. Oh yeah, and our gym out here sucks (the ANA one is like... 1000x better).
