Hey guys, so I'm very excited about my new camera!! I was searching the collapsing Circuit City for any deals, only expecting to really walk out of their with a movie, and I saw it!!!! A Cannon 50D! Trying to not make my excitement to noticed, I slowly walk over to the display and start to examine this beautifully crafted piece of optics! After realizing this camera is 600 dollars off the standard price and it comes with a lens and all the fixings, I yelled out SOLD! like I was at an auction, startling everyone around me! It was aggravating waiting for the right manager to unlock the anti theft wire, all the time fighting off the scavenger shoppers and all the people asking me ever question about all the cameras on sale, Like a genius or something! Once I got home I noticed some body put a finger print on the inside of the lens, I mean who does that! Anyway I've only had the camera for a few weeks now, and unfortunately progress has been slow, and I have much to learn, but I'm happy about buying it and I'm having lots of fun!

I think my passion is going to lye in landscape photography, I've been reading a lot about different methods and tips, and have started to play with those concepts a little! I don't understand why it is so hard to find parts and accessories for these cameras, and all my local shops really suck!! Anyone know of any good places to look for supplies and also used lenses!! I am also hoping to learn different tips for SG photography!!
