And I couldn't escape.

Getting back to London was like returning to civilisation again after being transported to some other dimension devoid of interesting people and conversation. You can call me elitiest, I don't fucking care. I had nothing to say to these people, I was stuck in a room with them, a bad buffet and some guy in the corner playing really fucking cheesy, shitty music to a backing track. Think Father Ted set in the outskirts of London. It felt so good to walk out of Paddington station and come home.
