I had no idea The Depot did 2 for 1 - that would somewhat make up for the fact that the place is pretty expensive... The Basement and its cheap drinks have spoiled me (not to mention made me a cheap bastard).

Back a century or so ago, when I was 20, I lived in a tiny beach cottage with 3 other crazy's. Were always broke, spent our bread on music and buzzes. Lots of times we'd end up eating just pasta with butter on it.
There was this crew of crazy girls from about an hour away up country, they came every weekend and brought us donuts. What kind of diet that was, i don't know, never any food there. Ate real food in a diner or sandwich shop sometimes, and pizza.
The TV never even got pluged in, just a big blank box sitting there, someone brought it over that never actually moved in.
Any way yes you can eat cheap some of the time. Food as we know it coming from all different sources, is I think the best thing the human race has developed. Eat good.( cause you are what you eat ).
