i have always wanted a black jelly bracelet, and the entire time i have worked at my store i have wanted someone to appreciate the fact that i go out of my way to help them.

today at work a man came in with a simple computer problem. since our usual computer guy was out and i was the nearest person that knew anything about macs i was pulled over to help. mr. mac user had a cd-r stuck in his ibook and i, mr sales guy, got it out for him. to show his gratitude i was given a bottle of [delicious] apple cider from the wine store he works at.

tonight at the night gallery i found myself constantly looking at a rather attractive girl and her jelly bracelets completely subconciously. as her and her party left the night gallery she took the longer way around, stopped at my table, and held out two linked black jelly bracelets. the problem is, aside from my complete inability to talk to girls and me sitting there like an idiot staring at her, i have rather large hands. apparently that wasnt enough to stop my new friend, who took great care to make sure the bracelets got on my wrists and to inform me that they shall never be removed. i must sleep and shower in, as well as wear them everyday.
now here i sit, alone in my room, quite content with the way today has unfolded...and i am actually excited for tomorrow.
