Cutting out all meat and animal products out of my diet. Feels great. I've gone meatless, but I'm making a slow transition into cutting out dairy. It's a bit intense for me, so I'm starting out doing every other day dairy free. Hopefully by Feb I'll be weened off of it. Clothes will be another thing, wool, leather, and all that is hard to cut out and it's not like I'm going to get rid of existing items.
It just feels awesome to take a stand and know that I don't have to continue buying into this bullshit. I'm excited to see what a plant based diet will do for my body as well. So excited!!biggrin

Good luck. A few years ago I became a vegetarian for a few months. Mostly just to see if I could do it. It was a good experience overall, and I've thought about doing it again but just can't come up with the devotion for it.

At the store I recently got some coconut milk in the soy milk section. It is the original flavor by a company called So Delicious. I would highly recommend it!

Putting hemp milk in your oatmeal is also super tasty! Especially the brand Hemp Bliss.
