channel surfing today and ended up watching " joy luck club ". big mistake. great movie and all. but seriously the saddest most depressing movie ever. even the supposedly uplifting ending is wrought with despair. this movie more than any movie makes you hate the word obedience. never liked that word even when people say they are putting their dog thru obedience training. i'm all for honor and upholding the family name and being a productive member of society but to hell with obedience.
