Happy Mother's Day
I am a mother of two (a almost 6 yr old girl and a 1.5 yr old boy) they're both completely insane. So along with my husband and I , who are a little loony also, we make a happy little fambily.

This year is going to be a bit tough, as my husband recently lost his mother to cancer, but he is doing pretty well.
Take care and remember to cherish the time that you have with those that you love, you never know how long you've got with them.

I was wondering if those Carmen Electra videos were any good? Does she do any weight training in them? I'm getting really tired of my Denise Austin. She's really good but I've been doing the same ones for about six months!
