Okay, quitting caffeine is HARD! I have only been able to limit myself to a VERY SMALL cuo (8oz or less) each day. I have given some thought to switching to green or black tea. I also like Chai tea but not sure if it's caffeinated. ?

Anyway, I've been doing pretty well on the excercise. A co worker has agreed to walk up & down the stairs with me at our office bldg. We do it once at 9am and again at 2pm. It's good stuff. So far we've done it every day this week.
I rode the bike only for about 20 mins yesterday, but I did more floor excercises to tighten up the abs. I am keeping track of the excercises that I really hate, and try to do those the most often.
Anywhoo...I am off to get the kids dropped off and to get my arse to work. yipeee.
a last bit that I need to put out there: there are some words that I just LOVE! One newly discovered word of this tuype is 'Wonky'. I beleive it's a british expression meaning cockeyed or off kilter. I laugh everytime I hear it!!!
