Happy Sunday. Feeling a bit lazy today. Drank hard stuff last night. I will drink some more coffee and then I will work out. It's a beautiful dau out here in the east bay. gotta get out there and soak up some vitamin D.

Yesterday my daughter's school held a walk a thon and even though the 'laps' were only . mile, my daughter and I (pushing my sin in his stroller) walked 38 laps. Not too shabby. I did learn not to pledge a dollar a lap, though. She's costing me 38 bucks.

I would like to take a nice long walk again today. Maybe I will check the net for long paths around here.

I will work this hangover away with some sweat....

update...

feeling much better. went for a very long (well only about 1 mile) but i had both kids with me so it felt like a long one. I rode the bike for about 25 minutes and clocked almost 20 miles. I am really glad that I am still on track. I have been eating good stuff. I need to stock my home fridge like I do at work, the cheese, the good cereals, the skim milk.

I am going to take pics for the before stage of my existence.

This morning my husband told me that my butt was getting flatter. He loves my ghetto booty but I am afraid that if I lose 60-80 lbs, my butt will be gone baby gone.

Okay, I know that I could have it so much worse, but why is my biggest fear right now that I will eventually need 'butt implants'.

This is sad....

you can do side bends and pushups , but please dont loose that . . . uh smile FWIW , I ride an exersize bike to try and lose a few LBS & tighten up here & there . . . and if you stick to it and get past the hard part of deciding to do it everyday , you will be surprized how fast you start to tone up . Walking is obviously a good one too , but my bike burns callories like a coleman stove and I get to sit in my bedroom and listen to Howard Stern for 20 minutes everyday and sweat it up smile
