rain. gotta love it. unless you're a skater or golfer.

I just thought about the folks in the rest of the world and I rally can't complain. I don't have to dig my car out of the snow to get to woirk. And chanes are, a hurrican won't hit there anytime soon.

I did just watch 'the day after tomorrow' and that shit was crazy. It made me think about how helpless we really are to madame mother nature's wrath.

I've only been through earthquakes. They're not too bad. I have a couple of questions for you, gentle reader:

What are some of the natural phenomena (disasters) that yhou've experienced?
and,
What natural disaster do you fear the most?

mom-in-law-update: Mom got transferred to a hospice nursing home. This pretty much means she's got 6 months or less to live. I just hope that they keep her comfortable. She is highly medicated so it's hard to talk to her. My husband is doing okay - just wish that he'd lear to talk instead of keeping it all inside.
