I am really stuck. I know life has it's ups and downs but how can we handle all the drama..

I need to find a way to VENT...

I have been doing really well with the stationary bike (30 mins minimum daily) , Whn I used to practice kickboxing I was exilihirated. I don't feel the same ay, somehow. I was also 22 then.

Go figure.

How t balance it all?

Family
Work
Budget (no shopping therapy allowed!)
No drug use
No alcahol
No AA meetings
No close friends - other than my husband.

Excercise is about the only way I can get off (besides the obvious which is my preferred method, of course)

I love my life and I am trying to stay grateful for all of the things that I do have, but i feel like I've lost myself in here somewhere....

sometimes I feel very overwhelmed. Im a mom/student/employee/artist/housekeeper/wife/friend/SG/model and its killing me slowly. lol. Im just so damn tired all the time, I dont feel like a 23 yr old girl, I feel fifty. You know what helps me the MOST? I knwo this might sound dumb, but a punching bag helps tremendously! My friend had one and Id spend the weekends at his house all the time just so I could beat the crap out of it! It was sooooo releiving. I felt so damn good afterwards. Its good excersize, too! So not only are u releiving stress, you're losing weight too!
