Yippeee! No work 4 two days! I have been doing really well on my stationary bike this week. Since I wrote last, I have ridden it at least 30 mins (all at once) every day. Some days I've done 45 mins. I feel so great. I haven't seen many inches lost but what I do have is getting firm.

Thank you guys for your helpful insights and words of encouragement. I love the support here!

Anyway, I actually have a few extra dollars this weekend, so I can buy my kids some springtime clothes (and maybe a sexy something for myself too.) wink

Have a great weekend everybody and if you have to work, just remeber that it is sooo nice to have days off during the week. I miss that so much.

Hey hon! You trying to lose weight? Here are a few things that helped me....Drink three cups of non fat milk a day, take a multivitamin, measure out portions, I also started drinking decaf Green Tea and lot's of ice water. I work out 6 days a week too. Cardio and weights. Muscle burns calories even when we aren't doing shit! I love that. I've lost around 20 pounds doing all that so I think it worked! I have alot more energy to play with my niece and my body absorbs my med's better. The medicine doesn't have so much fat to travel through now! HA!
Keep working out girly! It is kinda hard but it's worth it. I got used to it and now it's like brushing my teeth. smile A good health mag is called Shape and one called Prevention. It's small like a TV Guide. Check em' out! kiss
