Happy Monday Night (another night that I miss fottball!)
Need to work out more. I just did and feel great. I won't join a gym, because they're kinda gross to me. I can do enough 'in house' stuff to keep me busy fore quite some time.
I think about 30 minutes (10 or 15 sets) of some pretty basic stuff will work me pretty well.
My husband would like me to be 'like I was when we met', which I would also like. To do this, I will need to lose about 50 lbs. Yes 50.
I hope that I don't have to turn to expensive diet drugs in order to get my metabolism cooking like before.
Of course, my hunny makes things in the kitchen that
would make Emeril's mouth water.
I just have to rey and eat only half of what is on my plate during any given meal.
