Went back to work. today. I really didn't wanna, but the weekend has to end sometime.
I am really looking forward to the holidays this year. I used to hate this season because I worked at a toystore in SF, it was hell.
Anyway, now I get to enjoy the holidays and still have sympathy for those tireless souls who provide excellent cusomer service to the masses out there hunting for the perfect gift.
I really think customer service is a dying art.

I am trying to shake this nasty cold but it isn't easy. I tried to work today, but trying to talk to clients while hacking up a lung isn't fun or funny - for either party involved.
Hope i don't die.
