Wow, Christmas and New Year has past. Christmas was really fun even though I was away from my kiddo's. I spent Christmas in Basrah with the British Army, IPT's and some good american friends from Baghdad. It was so fun. Some of the Czech army guys and girls stopped in the celebrate with us. The Britsh had a costume party and there was some great costumes.
New Years Eve in Baghdad. Lots of flares were popped and the Iraqi's love to shoot wildly into the air. Lots of good company. And we had a huge bon fire. You can't go wrong with fire and firearms, lol.
I ran into Andy today in the Green Zone. He is a cool ex British Commando guy doing PSD that i met in Numanaiyah. It is a small world for sure.
