Still don't totally know what's wrong with my throat. I think it's gotta be related to allergies w/all these wind storms and changes in weather we've had lately. I've been drinking tons of water, it's like I'm constantly thirsty and my throat is always dry. That makes talking on the phone at work LOTS of fun...
Good news though... I got a raise a couple of days ago!!! WOOOOHOOOOOOO!!!!

TOTALLY wasn't expecting that after the year we had, even if they are changing my job. The normal m.o. right now is to tell us to be happy that we have jobs.... I guess sometimes it pays to deal w/all the BS. Though, that didn't make today much more palatable...I can usually deal w/the yelling, but I also usually sleep a lot more than I did last night...I'm just worried that after things being so good last week, inevitably it will turn into bad pretty quickly. It seems to be a pattern. For now though, overall things are going pretty well

I'm still getting used to this new schedule. I work 7-330 now which is a helluva lot earlier than I used to get up. It's cramping my social life a bit..seeing less of my friends lately and more drinking at home. Definitely cheaper, but a bit boring...
This weekend was pretty cool. I got to spend it chillin w/my little bro. We hadn't really hung out in a few weeks so it was nice....drank waaaaayyy too much yesterday. I decided though I need to get a new digital camera...mine's old and really never did take the best pictures. I haven't posted a new picture on here in ages. I don't want somethin too crazy...I'm mostly a point and shoot kinda guy. Any recommendations?
