So I have another day with my laptop before it goes back in ... I'm definitely going to miss the freedom. 
Started my new/old job today - was working on 7 clay tennis courts. I was busy driving a 3 ton roller all afternoon. I discovered a few things while driving the roller:
1) Rollers lack any sort of shock absorber ... so riding that roller was like riding a mechanical bull - for four hours. Good thing I had eaten my lunch long in advance.
2) I finally got some colour in me today - it's just not the colour I was hoping for. I was aiming for a bit of a tan ... and I ended up slightly burnt. Damn Irish heritage - I can hold my liqour but I can't tan.
3) I actually missed my summer job. I'm outdoors or driving around Ontario everyday. I get paid well. And when it rains I go home ... wait for it to clear up a bit - then go to play golf.
Well now I really am going for the summer. Hope everyone is well.
