Richard, Roger and I are watching Rick Stein. He is making a crab omelette. I have always hated omelette's until my dad made me one a few weeks ago and now I just can't get enough... but it can't be just a run-o-the-mill omelette, there has to be at least three vegetables NOT including onions and TWO types of meat... Something salty.
Rick Stein, just so you know is my favourite t.v chef. I dislike Gary Rhodes because he talks about food like its sex and that makes me feel uneasy.
My trip to the U.K is all planned except I don't know when I am going to be going because none of my U.K crew are getting back to me with dates and I can't call them... motherfucking Gaylord nightmare... absolute mare.. I think you will all agree. I'll just sneak some calls on the house phone and pray to Jesus and the saints the parental unit do not question the English mobile numbers...
Because I'm so cheap these days it'll be an awkward journey there and back.
Meanwhile, Kenneth and I are planning a little holiday to Miami!!! he will burn like a small boy in a fire. He mentioned today, racing to the sun beds months before we go. I, of course will have nothing to worry about. I do get a tan waiting for a bus, as my mother would say...
Kenneth, who's current job contract is only for four months was talking about moving away from Dublin so I have decided to cultivate this plan, giving he gentle hints, offering to accompany him because I have done it before and I am after all a veteran at that kind of thing and am all too aware of the pit falls so he will need my guidance, allowing him decide on the destination... You will never guess where he has suggested...??!! I swear on your life he said OXFORD!!!!!! because he likes the look of it on Midsomer Murders with John Nettles. My cousin Wendy (if my parents died before I turned 18, she would be my god sister. If I saw her in the street tomorrow I would not know it was her and stroll right on by) lives there. She loves it because it is very leafy.
I hate that word BATCH.
When I returned to Dublin I realised what it was that I didn't like about London. I sort of understood it two weeks after I moved to London. It's not fresh enough. There is too much smog and not enough sea air. Honestly, everyone from Dublin who went to London said this is the very reason the couldn't stay, London is landlocked. Anyway, I am starting to get sick of Dublin again so I will have to leave soon, methinks...
I.LOVE.MY.NEW.JOB... I really did get it due to the hotness but mostly because it is the easiest job EVER!!
