I think that garde manger is going to be the most challenging thing I have ever tired, and i only say try because its only been one day and i think this 6 week class is going to go on forever. I hope i can keep up. But on the up side i will be making tons of food so i would be great to invite over or to parties. (the pig is for the half a pig belly we started to cure today in class. I touched pig nipple)
