This weekend was... SYNTHPOP BENDER 2009!
My old friend Trisha came up from PA. This is the first time I've seen here since- I think- her wedding in 2007. Wild! I can't believe how much time has passed.
Anyway, so on Friday night, we went dancing at Chris Ewen's SCHOOLBOUND event, and saw Apoptygma Berzerk at the Middle East. It was awesome! They played almost everything I could've asked for. So great.
Then, last night, we all saw the PET SHOP BOYS at the House of Blues. It fucking ruled. I love PSB. They put on such an awesome show, and the boys were in fine form. Chris Lowe's mirror-covered jacket was sweet. If you're curious about the setlist, it looked approximately like this one.
