not sure what to tell you about the neck and shoulders, arnica and st. johns wort cream are good for tension used with massage.
What would you like to know about acupuncture? It's based on the theory of meridians in the body, sort of like energy lines. It works, as far as I can tell. Everyone I know that's done it has benefited from it. I don't know a whole lot about it.

oh man, sleep or food... that's a tough choice. i think i'd also choose food, because at least it can brighten a groggy, sleep-deprived day.

in my random comic collection is Athena Inc, lots of Tony Daniel, Tank Girl, Love & Rockets, Josh Simmons' Happy: Zirkus, a great many Image titles that i liked the looks of but never bothered to follow, and like, a million Archies.
