If you can trust yourself (and it's kind of a big ask), I highly recommend the Anton Occasional Smoking Plan. That is, you never, ever, ever smoke... unless you really fucking want one. Like, if you're crazy stressed or you've had a drink or eight. And when you do smoke, you should totally enjoy the shit out of the cigarette and not feel guilty at all.
