Well hello peoples and all that noise.. Here is that proper update of sorts. The last month has been a bit hectic, but fun nonetheless, culminating in this past weekend-from Thursday night onward..
Thursday I had my lodge officer's meeting where we set up diffeent committies and the like, and I was enttrusted to help A) Be a part of an explatory committee on looking for a place to rent for a ball and all that jazz and B) a part of the group to help set up the festivites for our lodges 100 eaear celebration which happens may of 2014. (Interesting nugget of info- My masonic lodge's old building is what is now the Hawthorne Theater. We sold it n he late 90's-early 2000's and moved to our current location.)
Friday was a fun time as I started my day by venturing downtown and having a pork belly Cuban sandwich from a sandwich shop out here. I looove me some pork belly.I then went and got tattooed on teh sleeve and it is now complete, beside a ouch-up and smooth out session on the 8th of march.
Behold I bring pictures...excuse the crappiness cell phone camera and all that jazz...
Following that I stopped my friendly local piercing studio where I had to pick the next size up plugs for my ears, so I'm now at a 7/16" which I was able to dead stretch to. After that it was off for some awesome Schwarma..yum yum yum.
Saturday morning-afternoon I was back at lodge for a big meeting with the Grand(State) Officers of Oregon Freemasonry. It was a good time.. From there I ran home and had enough time to hang up my suit jacket, have a glass of iced tea and I was off again, this time to meet up have an awesome night with some of the awesome peoples of SGPDX and some of the lovely ladies from up in Seattle, at the Kennedy School. The only dark side to the event was the dickhead of a server, but eh, we didn't let him ruin the awesome mood and vibes we had. Big shout outs to Selene,Cpkz, Blargzilla,Cadavre,Dali,Fringe_,Hemi_,Subatomik, I think that's everyone...if not I apologize.
Sunday, I slept and went to work...
I live a life that seems to be getting way busier or this just me noticing... eh.
That's all for now I thinks... So yeah, I should be to pdate a bit more than I have been, hopefully.
