I feel so isolated. It's nice and also boring at the same time.

Hopefully I'll be up in Portland on Wednesday for a exploration visit. I'm only staying one night this time. I figure that way it's enough to keep me wanting more.

I want my W-2's dammit. I want to file my taxes and get my refund. I know it's pretty early to be getting them yet, but does anyone know what the employer's deadline is? I know they have to get it to you before some designated date, I just don't know what that date is. End of february?

I looked on the website and let me just say FUCK THAT. Government run websites are the anti-christ, i swear. They are designed for the sole purpose of pissing you off. And you can just forget about calling the IRS hotline. I did a couple times last year because I was working for a company that went out of business and didn't send me a W-2. I came to the realization that they hire freakin' morons. The guy kept telling me to talk slow because "he wasn't much of a typist." HE HIT ONE KEY EVERY 2 SECONDS.... I COULD HEAR HIM! Talk about wanting to hit my head up against a wall repeatedly.
