Last night I borrowed HP and the Deathly Hallows from a co-worker. I finished reading it overnight, finishing the final pages at 830am this morning. Let it be said I'm a fast reader if the story proves good. . But I was a little tired when I got up 3 hrs afterwards to go to work!

I get to work. I have applied for operations coordinator and was asked last week (during my days off) to show up prior to the start of my shift on my Monday to come take an ops related test. So I get in last wednesday and reply to said person that I was on my weekend and don't get email at home so I didn't attend that morning and could I reschedule the test for later.

I get three emails today. 2 state sorry, but keep on applying. Then a 3rd one that apparently shows a change of heart and I can take my test tomorrow with one other person. F-in DUH morons.

So tomorrow. I have a test and I start studying right now during the latter half of my work shift to learn a crash course in employee attendance and vacation/time off policies.

I'm printing things out and will go over them in earnest tonight when I return home. Wish me luck! Lil bump in pay and...off the freakin phones with M-F 8-5pm. While I don't dig the schedule it will be a necessary step forward.
