I'm watching a show on the Discovery channel about jawbreaker candy explosions. Apparently the insides of the candy heat up in the sun and become molten, and then if you bite into it and chip it open the fuckin thing explodes and causes serious burns. Disfiguring, even. Don't eat jawbreakers in the sun on hot days. Or do. The choice is yours.
