State of the nation is causing death inflation.

If your old enough to vote a didn't then you've no right to kick up dust about politics!!!

Today it's raining quite heavly & a little nippy. "Emotive" came out today by one of my favorites Perfect Circle!! Also I believe 2 special editions of Downward Spiral.

Are we all working for the Skin Trade?

i call myself a housewife because it's what i want to be- just stay home all day and make things and sew and take care of animals and stuff. right now i have to work so i can't do it, but one day if we ever get enough money together i'll be a real housewife. except for the wife part, because i don't know when i'll be legally allowed to get married- the girlfriend and i were hoping for a couple years from now, but it looks like canada or nothing.

Well, hope your Halloween was a Scream!!! Jim came through in a major way!! The Duran Duran is really good, a song "Bedroom Toys" reminds me of INXS. REM is growing on me. Old 97's is quite good. Manson best of isn't well thought out. Korn's pretty cool. 311 is a waste!!! Transplants is very much like rap I think. Lloyd Banks is over produced!!...

Welcome all eyes. Well, thanks to retail I'm under the weather in bed listening to NPR. Hopefully this wont last too long. I saw Bono recently & he is so well rounded. He did not say which way he's leaning for President due to the fact he'd have to work closly with whomever. He's America's biggest fan!! I'm more so Adam Clayton but, Bono's great...

'Sleeping Beauty' from their Mer de Noms album. I was hanging out with this kid this weekend listening to music, and their song 'Blue' came on, and it just took me back.

I don't wear perfume, really. I wear either Sweetpea or Mango Manderin lotion and body spray.

Edited to say that I'm a liar. Sometimes I wear J'adore (fuck. I can't spell) by Dior. But only when I'm feeling super sassy.

Did you got to the speach bono gave? I had really wanted to go, but alas the coffers were dwindling.

How was the Donnie Darko Directors Cut? I have heard many mixed reviews- most have been negative- so I have put off seeing it until it hits DVD.

I did not catch TAL yesterday frown I was sequestered in the car on my way to a fun adventure in the snowyer climes of Mt. hood.

I will snag that Liabrarian mix if its still there to be grabbed! Weeeeee music mix!

Hope you feel better soonly!

Well, here we are face to face in a cold and waterless place. October is such a relaxing month weather wise. I wish Portland was like this all year round. A lot like San Francisco or Victoria B.C just awesome. Ok, so Annie Lennox was great live, she puts so much emotion into her songs that it was hard not to get effected by it....

Good to see someone else that appreciates Ira Glass!

The Church rock........ I was lucky enough to get the chance to catch them in Boston at the Paradise... What a fantastic show- and I got some nifty pictures. My fav are the ones I got of Marty before the show at the Thai resturaunt.

As far as clubs go- in the 3 weeks I have been here, the
Doug Fir has lured me there the most. I can't wait for Lalipuna to play next month!!!!! There is also a great DJ spinning some good tunes on Tuesdays after the shows there. Metric this week!!!!! weeeeee!

That mix you made for your librarian friend sounds fantastic!!!!!! Did she love it to bits!?

Just completed a mix I titled "Death to Dooie Decimal" for a librarian friend of mine.

I began it with Doubting Thomas "Nagual tone" for a smooth intro went into Cyberakitf, Einster, Puppy, Manson, Hilt, Coil, Placebo, Recoil, Perfect Circle, Ministry (We believe), Primal Scream, Aphex Twin, Rammstein (DM cover), Hellfire Club, Puppy, & end with "Weeping Song" by Nick Cave.

Either she'll be freaked...

Well, it's almost October & I'm soooo relaxed. I'd really enjoy it if the Y reopened the pool downtown. Work is just that. I had dinner with the mother of the lady I lost my virginity to tonight. It was uneasy hearing all about her struggles along the way. I wish I could be there for her as support but, I've tried to no avail....

I don't think it would really be about what he said or what I said, but more about the eye contact. The eyes are the windows to our souls and I want to know my true love's soul as if it were my own and vice versa. I once wrote something about a boy a long time ago who was a very close intimate friend and it described the way I will feel when I find the love of my life. 'When I look into his eyes I see myself and I know he understands.' What about you? What are your visions of your true love?
