Well, what have I been up too? I've been reading Chuck Klosterman's "Sex, Drugs & Coco Puffs" a low culture manifesto.
Let me tell you, this is my second read through & it really hits home on many issues about our F*ed up culture!!! If your looking for a great read pick it up. Also, I just recieved my Pet Shop Boys "Pop Art" best of from UK & it's great other than it's out of order of released. My London Suede or now Suede best of is still halling it's ass from London to my door step!! Did you know the DM remix box is already out of print it was a month run & now 0.
Yes, I do have one also on it's way. As for my Fav U2 no it's also in the mail!!! I did get the Interpol & well, maybe it's me!! My best friend told me that Power Station is rematering that first cd & I was like what, Arcadia (which I listened to in the car today) is such a major factor in the New Wave movement & it better be remastered with "Say the Word" on the cd!!
Ok, I'm working out for 2 hours 3 times a week & feel much better about myself. No. I haven't really met a special someone yet but, I know she's holding out for me. Or I know I am for her!!

I would trade my entire wishlist for someone who understands me and wants to be with me despite all the sad, broken, ugly parts of me. I keep reminding myself that I have plenty of time, and I'll get my turn.
I've been listening to a lot of Billie Holiday lately. Her voice was so beautifully sad. And Mark Lanegan... his 'Bubblegum' album reminds me of being strung out. He has one of those voices created by whiskey and cigarettes.
