I'm currently looking for a new place to hang my hat. Yep, I'm loosing one of my roommates at the end of the month and I'll be damned if I'm gonna have to pay the rent on my own this month! Mostly cuz I cant afford it on my own. Hopefully I'll be able to find a place down town around where I work and play. But holy shit prices are fucking insane. I'm sad that my goat just died today. I'm sad that my goat just fell in the hay.....hay. Today. If any of you guys know a place I would be greatly in your debt.

there are places on capitol hill that seem relatively cheap. my friend might transfer to cu-denver and was looking into it herself...besides that, i am completely denver real estate adviceless.
