So it looks like me and my ex are going back to court, she hasn't been allowing me to see my daughter, I have no idea why, there is no logical reason for it, I plan things to go get her and then I get a million excuses why I cant, I am current on child support, which in my state is separate from visitation, I have every right to see my daughter, I wish my ex would realize how lucky she is to have me even want to see my daughter when so many other guys wouldn't care, I will fight forever for my kids, they are pretty much all I have, luckily, on Saturday I was able to see my daughter for a couple hours, it was great, but not enough, I am supposed to have every other weekend and one or two evenings a week, so that's what I am fighting for, I am fairly sure I will win because that's what is in the divorce decree, hopefully when my ex gets the paperwork, she will allow me to see my daughter and I can cancel the court action, I do not want anything from my ex, only to see my daughter, my heart has been broken because of this, hopefully it will be fixed and I can build a relationship with my daughter.

That is terrible and totally not okay. Whatever happened between you two is just that- between you two. She shouldn't bring your daughter into it or use her as a tool against you. That is disgusting behavior. I know I don't know you but thank you for being a responsible and respectful person, there aren't many left like you kiss I hope you get the time with your daughter you are entitled to and much more!!!

I totally agree, we have been divorced for going on 2 years now, and everything was ok until recently, my guess is that she is dating someone, I have no proof of this, but I cant find any other reason for things to change, and even if she is dating someone, I still have my rights to see my daughter, and I will always fight for those rights, I have full custody of my son, and I let his mom see him whenever she wants, regardless of the situation, I sometimes feel like my daughters mom thinks I am going to take my daughter from her, I have never given her any reason to think this, she also knows why I have full custody of my son, and that there is a reason why I was awarded custody of him, I would love my daughter to come live with me, but I have no reason to try to take her from her mom, I just simply want to see her as it is defined in our divorce decree, my heart hurts every day that I don't get to see her, I just want to be a part of her life, and be a parent to her, and it hurts so much that I cant.

Thanks for our kind words, I try to be a good person, looks like I am going to have to be a jerk and take her to court to fight this, hopefully it get sorted out soon
