Went to the orientation at my new job today. It was only for a few hours. We all read through the employee handbook together. Mostly stuff you've read from every employee handbook you've ever read.

Can't get away more than once this month, busy days at the jewelry store..tis the season approaching. Will be booked up till after Christmas for all intensive purposes. I hope any way..business has been dreadfuly slow of late...damn depressing prognosticators on the freakin news. Scaring the shit out of everyone, so hoping as hurricaine season winds down and gas prices adjust, business will improve.

In addition to the Drug and psychological test, I also had to interview at the place where they gave the tests. The interview went very well. Now it's just sit and wait by the phone for the final interview with one of the owners.
