Went to the picnic yesterday with mom. For a gal in her 80s, she was playing volleyball and cracking up my co-workers with her wisecracks. She had a blast. Food was BBQ stuff and was really awesome. Much better than I anticipated.
Day off today. Need to get new glasses because a volleyball hit me square in the face and took a big chip out of them. I'm fine, but the glasses are doomed.
