So I ended up taking a car service to the reunion and getting a lift back. Had a blast seeing friends who I have not seen for 30 years. What a trippy experience!
Have not confronted my neighbor yet--have not seen him. But he's scarred shitless to park in back of me now. He moved his car and has not parked in in the alley since.
