We have a blizzard here in NYC. I woke up at 5am, was out the door by 5:30, and shoveled my walk, and the walk of the house to the right of me, and the two houses to the left of me! Now I have to shower and go to work! Yes, the store will be open even in a blizzard. Can't dissapoint those brides and grooms to be!

I walked six blocks toward the trian station and some of the blocks were knee high! I was drenched, and figuered even if the trains are running now, and I doubt that they are, the tracks will be covered in a few hours, and I'd be stuck in Manhattan. So I turned around and went back home.
The four houses I shoveled are now covered in two feet of snow--it's as if I did not shovel them at all!
My manager is DRIVING into work--she's crazy! A former manager who is now a sales associate was driving in and had to turn around and head back home. It's insane out there!
