holy schnikes!!! thats all i got to say
Ok as stated previously i hired a lawyer
well my lawyer has been being a bit odd lately
tells me to call, i do , he tells me to call back, i call back he tells me to
call back again
or
he says hell call, and doesnt, i call him he says call em back
i hired him on feb 20; 2days after the citation, i dont think i have had
more than a 5 minute conversation....we never even discussed the case.

last night he tells me to get there 30 min early so we can discuss the
case and to call him at 10am
i did he says hell call me back in 30....never heard from him.
i get ahold of him...btw all 3 of his voicemails are full... he says dont talk
to any cops

i get there at 215pm and wait its now 230 and wait now 245 and wait
at 250 the officer says he wants to talk to me..i say ok
he offers me a deal...hell reduce the charge to 5mph over and get ZERO
pts a reduced fine and will not lose my license... i told him that my
attorney had advised me not to take any deals but since hes not here
and hasnt shown anything that would give me confidence...
i'll take the deal.
(in the meantime i had received a call that my sister found shes allergic to
peanuts & went in to shock, so i didnt feel like sticking around.....shes
btw)

the lawyer guy did eventually show up...at 345pm he didnt call me until
430pm - all he could say was that he was sorry and embarrased and
WOULD GIVE ME A FULL REFUND!!!!!!
