I know this is petty and stupid but some of the people I work with are fucking idiots. here is the email I had to send out yesterday
Someone has obliterated our popcorn microwave. we will be replacing it next week, until that time please DO NOT make popcorn in the other 2 microwaves by the sink.
for the Future, If you are making popcorn please do not exceed 3.30 minutes, and please do not leave unattended at anytime. If you are using the popcorn button, please note that there is more than one weight option for the popcorn button.
also this is the last microwave that will be replaced for popcorn, so if someone does not follow the directions above we will no longer be able to have fresh popped popcorn in the office unless someone else is willing to buy or donate a microwave.
thank you in advanced for your cooperation.
the smell is like someone left it on for like 8. WTF why can't people behave at work like they do at home?
its gonna be so cold this weekend, glad I don't have anything planned. I just find it hard to believe that spring is around the corner.
I feel slightly irritated at little things today. hoping to get out of that mood real quick. I got a week to throw some stuff together for next weeks shoot. needless to say I'm eBay looking for interesting items.
only 3 more episodes of Carnival, and its getting really good!
Food Craving of the day: just a few rings of fried calamari in a bourbon whisky pepper mayo.
VF: hung over from last nights party. forecast for the weekend, swollen and some sort of Red avalanche!

And yeah, work is weird that way. Where I work, similar things like that happen all the time. What happens more often is people leaving shit in the fridge and forgetting about it. This was more true when I worked in the other buildin'. So irritating, especially since all this stuff piles up in the fridge and freezer and takes up all the room. Of course I'm assuming no at work one does that at home...
yikes ... we have a few of those @ my office too
