Make it Look easy


is what comes to mind when in discomfort on a shoot, and when you admire the work from the people you are fortunate enough to work with you, you do what you can to endure the unpleasant poses and conditions, such as that shoot down in the brook i spoke of recently.

However it this shot i was not cold, nor grossed out by nature, but the pose was not easy esp, for someone not in good physical shape, i look in shape but i am not working out enough to have good muscle endurance.
Although shoots sometimes can be a work out alone, posing in awkward positions and sometimes or most times in heels def forces your body to work. The day after a shoot i am usually in some minimal pain or have sore muscles.

Anyway, Chip Willis is the Man responsible for this beauty, and I love that he forced me to WORK, he pushed me to exceed my own limits and challenge myself.
