And then at Sears....OMG. I saw this AMAZING sale rack. All items upto 50% off!! And they're right, this is certainly in the "up to" classification:

I asked an employee, he went and checked...Yes, that sale price is accurate. Those jeans are indeed 19 cents off the sticker price!
