Weilding two press all weekend badges and setting out to the Sand Diego Comic Con via train.
Mett some amazing people who befriended me immediatly and spent the ride getting hammered with writer and their wives
Set them on their way and walked in those beautiful convention center doors, where many a door hath lingered.
Immediatly walked up and talked with and complimented thorughy one Richard Taylor and told how much DEAD ALIVE had an impact on my youth
he was incognito and impressed I knew who he was>
Met and spent the train ride and entire morning afternoon with afew of the writers on BATTLESTAR GALLACTICA and made a huge impression. they adopted me for the day and it turns out that one of them has a nephew who just so happens to be a good friend of mine and I was actually metting there at the con. :p
Talked with artistic god David Mack and got my gf a veeery cool present she will have to wait for.
On the ride out I talked with an elderly Austrailian couple on the last days of their 60 day world vacation and share wisdom and the comclusion that what the world needs now is more trees and less Bush.
All in all a very compelling and fufilling day.

hay thanks for the bday greeting. Yea I'm trying to leave that state o' mind. hopefully I'll be able to fo it soon without the mass quantities of alchohol!
