We got our first place today!
Its a one bedroom bungalow in granada hills, near to old town, in a cute neighborhood. Its perfect! Its full of 1940's charm, but everything will be brand new inside. New carpet, new windows, doors, flooring, kitchen, cabinets, and appliences, new airconditioning, new heating, its amazing. It even has a large patio and 2 car garage!!
