So, my contract expires the first week of January and now it's time to start thinking about what to do after that point. I've hatched one hell of an ambitious plan from my brain and it goes a little something like this:

Fly from Seoul to Prague and achieve a CELTA Cirtification which would make me fully qualified to teach English in any country in the world.

Go to Turin for a few events at the Winter Olympics.

Fly from Rome to Pittsburgh for a week or so.

Fly from Pittsburgh to San Diego for a day and see my niece and bro.

Fly from San Diego back to Seoul where i'll hopefully land a sweet ass university teaching position.

It's very ambitious and i'm not sure it's possible, but i want to try anyways...or at least look into it.

So far preliminary inquiries say that most everything's booked in Turin for the Olympics (no surprise there) but other surrounding cities may work as well. CELTA will cost approx. $1800, room included for the month. Plane tickets alone will be $4300...so um yeah...this is a very pricey plan that would require lots of planning, logistics and money. Probably won't happen, but i'm gonna check it out regardless. I can get a CELTA in any one of a number of cool exotic places, but Prague's been calling to me for a while....we'll see what happens.
