So Baltimore/Charm city was a good time. The train ride was pretty freaking long, but it was fairly comfortable. At least i had a nice person sitting next to me to talk to and pass the time with...and she was pretty cute too hehe. So, Pittsburgh to Philadelphia was a pretty decent ride, but Philadelphia to Baltimore sucked pretty hardcore as the train was standing room only. So i stood the whole time, reading and listening to the new Greenday album which rocks pretty goodly. I finally get into Baltimore where JamieLee was too pick me up, only to discover i got off at the wrong station...yikes! Well Jamie finally figured out how to get to the station and off we were for a weekend of fun and booze.
That night was pretty good...hanging out at a local college bar with some decent music and fun people. Saturday was pretty rad though. We went over to GoatsGoToHell's pad and waited for Prescientto pick us up to head down to DC via the Metro and see the DC 109 Chili cookoff. That place was way too crowded...a hundred yards wide but so crowded because of a bottle neck in the shitty beer line (read bud lite). At any rate the only band i got to see was Cake and they were pretty decent.
Later that night, we went back to Goat's and Wreent's place (where i finally learned that's her sn is pronounced like a cat's meow or "reer" sound) haha. It was time for Baltimore Game night where much fun was had and many fine people were met. And because i was drunk i don't remember many screen names. But i would like to take this time to thank JamieLee for being an awesome host, GoatsGoToHell and Wreernt for throwing a wicked party, Prescient for driving us around in his sweet hybrid car and all the peepz that showed up to make things a good time.
Tomorrow: SG Pgh Helloween biyatches! And i'm sure i'll update for that one in about a week hehe.
Note, i haven't been around much because for some reason SG is acting like a website that's taking the lil bus on the information superhighway on my computer. This is regardless of browsers so i don't know what's up. But literally, sometimes it will take over a minute to load a page and the frames will be all out of whack. It fucking sucks.
