Dammit! I totally had this idea for a movie! My version is a little different (I'd have a "cops" like portion in the movie with paramilitary guys who are the zombie patrol being followed by a camera crew as they come to the rescue of a group of college students--who also have a camcorder with them--that are on vacation to the first zombie free beach when something goes terribly wrong.) Sigh...i'd love to make a zombie movie.
