i used to work at a university book publisher that was next to a frat house. one day a bunch of them were in the yard with golf clubs beating the crap out of a chest of drawers. it was weird. all shirtless, in shape, hair gelled frat boys enjoying a little violence against furniture. hooting and hollering, it was positively primal. i kept daring myself to open the window and say "why don't you all just go inside and fuck each other?" it seemed very obvious from a distance that they had a lot of pent up sexual energy and liked being half naked, but still put together around each other.

The WM3, well I just saw the 2nd documentary last night and went wild, even tho I've known about it longer, I just don't get this case, SO scary. Oh yeah, Mary Byers is clearly guilty but i think just like the rest of his family, he'll be dead before the light. I could almost go for a whole documentary on him, he is an incidental comedian. What a goon. Well I dunno, all of a sudden I'm getting interested in making use of my free time, and this is one way. Do u have Friendster? I made an account for them.

Hey. That's the great thing about constitutional law, there are whole legal doctrines created by tiny little clauses within the constitution. Anyway, (in short, and this isn't a great explanation) one of those doctrines is that of "substantive due process," which refers to fundamental rights not enumerated in the Constitution-- like, in the case of Lawrence v. Texas, the right to privacy.
