I have only a few minutes before I have to run off to work.
I'm working nearly 70 hours this week
Life has been stressful but...good? Contradiction? Maybe.
Our wedding is only 1.5 months away! I haven't sent out my invites yet... See what I mean about stressful?
I was really worried about money but that is mellowing out now.
It's also very possible that Jay and I will be buying a house or condo by the end of the year. My siblings and I just put one of our properties up for sale and I'll use the money from that as a down payment. Our realtor thinks the property will sell within 2 months.
I wish houses weren't so ridiculously expensive where we live. Most likely we will end up in a condo and then buy another house in 2 or 3 years and rent out the condo.
Things ARE coming together - and I am just where I am supposed to be.
I'm not seeing my girlfriend much. Between my crazy work schedule and her finals its been really hard to find time together. BUT I will see her on Wednesday. In fact, Jay, Z and I will all be going to a Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers show.
Jay and I saw them in San Francisco the other day. The music was great but it was so fucking crowded. The show sold out and it was in a pretty small bar/venue. And we were sober. I swear we were the only sober ones.
Anyhow - I have more to say but no time.
Maybe you'll get another blog from me tonight.
