A run down of things going on:

I've been eating paleo/primal for nearly 2 weeks. My acne is mostly gone. I have more energy. I've lost a few pounds, not much yet, but I lost an inch off my waist.

Jays and I had a nice day. We went on a drive to the beach and then out to Tomales Bay. We walked on the beach, skipped rocks and took a little hike. I got my shoes and socks all wet... but it's okay. Jay later bought me new running shoes

I also took some sexy photos of myself... but technology is against me at the moment so those will have to wait.

Zara and I have been having great times together. I think she likes me
I can't wait to see her in a few days.

I've also realized that I really like boyish women. I need more butch, tomboy, short haired women in my life.

I think that's all I got for now.

Life is pretty good.
