I'm on vacation

Its unpaid vacation... but vacation none the less and two weeks of it at that. I've never had vacation time before.

Today Jay and I are going to view a house that we may rent to have our wedding at. I am a bit excited. It seems perfect but we'll find out when we see it in person.

Initially we were looking at places right on the beach... but our guest list has gone up from 20 to 30-35 people and thats just our close family. There aren't loads of houses that can fit 35 people inside and outside (they all have to be able to fit inside in case of bad weather, which is so unpredictable on the coast).

This one house though is just a few minutes from the beach... we could have the ceremony on the beach and come back to the house for the reception. I just want options.

Tomorrow we are going camping for a few days on the coast. It should be nice. We're going to drink lots, take some walks, lay on the beach, read, play scrabble and take it easy really.

Life is good.
