i see that you've been grappling with some issues that tend to constantly come up in the course of everyone's life. i'm not gonna try to give you any psuedo-psychology or cliche sayings but just keep in mind that the more you consciously reflect about your life- and i don't mean just overanalyzing the things that you felt you did wrong or that others did wrong to you- but moreso consider the underlying meaning or your perception of the events. like i said- depression and hurt can never fully be erradicated. however, what you can do is change your percetion of how it affects you- allow yourself to go through the process of transformation which includes pain, lonliness,and numbness but will eventually lead to a deeper understanding as you integrate all of these different feelings into a more whole sense of who you are.
