i'm getting promoted for reals...wheeeee.
i just spent over $50 on a bunch of Mongers and a couple cute bear-faced mini household objects. i can't wait till they get here. too bad kidrobot has such slooowwwww shipping, but it's always worth the wait when the toys finally get here.
i think i got corn kernels all over my floor, but i can't find them. at least i didn't get any in my keyboard. but mmmm do i love corn on the cob. i think all the kernels are out of my teeth now, it's hard to tell since the ones on the botom are so crowded.
the weather here has been totally lame lately. it's always at least somewhat cloudy, and even when it does get nice and almost summery out, we end up with thundershowers later in the day and the next day is dreary again. i do looooove thundershowers, though. i drove around for a little while after work last night with my window down, breathing in the smell of the rain on the asphalt. that is one of my favorite smells EVER. it just takes me to a happy, peaceful place.
